Work included national accounts as Telstra (introduce call waiting, voice mail and SMS to Australia), and Toyota (revolutionising their service departments’ service standards and operations). That project was so successful they gave him a new car for his birthday! Literally hundreds of clients in all different fields – landscapers, builders, butchers, accountants, dentists, telecommunications, FMCG, auto sales and service, from turnovers in the hundreds of thousands to the billions.
